Teflon® PFA coating as anti-adherent coating for the production of sweets
Gicopa produces sweets with a base of sugar-free syrup that must be vacuum-cooked at a temperature of 165° C. To prevent this syrup from sticking to the baking tank, the baking tank is coated with an anti-adherent layer of PFA Teflon®. After the baking time, the syrup can be easily removed from the baking tank without sticking to it. The Teflon layer also ensures that the baking tank can be cleaned quickly and easily so that no residue remains.
